BioHey, my name's Nat. I'm from England, and I read a lot of fanfiction, usually ones written by people not from Britain for fandoms that are set in Britain. For the most part I've been fine with it, but recently I've found it very difficult to read fanfiction that is too Americanised for British fandoms. I just find it jarring. So I've decided to create this LJ for to try and help people writing in British fandoms write fics that are as British as possible.
Of course I doubt I'll make too much of an impact, but this'll help me get it off of my chest.
Please note that some posts will be a little controversial. I may be talking about stereotypes or others things. I don't mean to offend people, and if I'm talking about stereotypes or the like then I'm putting the general view, even if that isn't the slightest bit true.
And sometime I'll post something tha's completely unlike anything the above mentions, most fanfiction, and most likely, slash. If that offends you, don't read it.
